Earlier this week I wrote to you about the changes coming for RaceBiz. Still work to do behind the scenes but everything is on track to launch next WEDNESDAY 14 MARCH 2018.
All the background and information about the changes to the selection sheets and membership packages is on the website. In summary, we are changing from four different types of tipping packages to just one selection sheet that can be purchased: daily, monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annually. This is part of a revamp to:
- SIMPLIFY things by having one tipping package.
- No LOCK IN TERM of six months for every membership.
- Provide more EDUCATION and INFORMATION.
- Continue to provide value with FREE TIPS.
When changes like this are made, we needed to consider how to look after our current members. So the decision was taken that anyone who is a member on the 14th of MARCH will be automatically switched to the new selection sheets and text updates for the remainder of their membership AT NO EXTRA COST.
