Free Horse Racing Tips Saturday 24 March 2018

Yesterday  I had the best day ever (well, in a very long time!).  I went to the Iona College and Iona Old Boy’s Association Sherman Lunch in Brisbane with guest speaker Peter Moody, trainer of Black Caviar, and special guest, Bart Sinclair, one of the most respected racing media personalities in Australia.  And I had the absolute privilege of sitting next to Peter Moody and Bart Sinclair.  So, I got to hang out with and chat with them throughout the afternoon – something I never thought I would be lucky enough to do.  Had lots of laughs and picked up a few good insights.  Will share some of my stories and more in the next few days when I do my live posts on Facebook.  Make sure you check these out!

And to top the week off, today is Golden Slipper Day at Rosehill with no less than five Group One races on the card.  I just love days like this!

Just a reminder, when we designed the new selection sheets, we added an extra page called: Keeping Track of Your Punting.  Its a great discipline to record all your outlays and returns, especially if you are just getting started on a money management plan.  As the sheet is downloaded by members as a pdf, we have had several requests for this as an Excel spreadsheet so that this can be downloaded and used on individual’s computers etc.  This is attached today, and hope that you find this useful.

Selections were from Sandown and Gosford.  Tipped in 6 races for 4 winners with none of the winners a NO BET.  A NO BET is where a horse has assessed odds over those offered on the tote so is not considered a value bet, and it is recommended that these are not backed. Other horses in the same race that have assessed odds under the tote would still be backed.

Dutch Betting strategy Strictly following this strategy and based on $25 per race plus Betfair odds saw a  small return of $21.80 for the day.

Best value winner for the day was Gosford R6 H7 MAYTED $12.00  (Betfair) with Sandown R7 H6 NEAR QUEUE saluting at $8.40 (Betfair).
