Well, Saint Patrick’s Day didn’t bless us with the luck of the Irish with a number of very frustrating second places. But more about that later.
I had a couple of questions during the week about results from the Free Tips and past information. Just letting you know that we do put the past emails up on the website if you want to look back. You can find these under the NEWS section, and here’s the direct link:

When we designed the new selection sheets, we added an extra page called: Keeping Track of Your Punting. Its a great discipline to record all your outlays and returns, especially if you are just getting started on a money management plan. As the sheet is downloaded by members as a pdf, we have had several requests for this as an Excel spreadsheet so that this can be downloaded and used on individual’s computers etc. This is attached today, and hope that you find this useful.
Easter weekend is not far away now, and we have a couple of things happening:
- Tipping for members, FREE Tips and Twitter updates will be on BOTH Easter Saturday (31st March) and Easter Monday (2nd April). Monday is a Bonus Day for Members and Daily Packages will also be available for non-members.
- Michelle and I are planning to head to the races for the afternoon on Easter Saturday at GOLD COAST TURF CLUB (Aquis park, Bundall). If you are planning to be around, please let us know and maybe we can meet up.

ASSESSED ODDS WITH TWO BEST BETS:
Selections were from Flemington, Rosehill and Gold Coast. Tipped in 7 races for 3 winners and frustratingly 3 2nds. None of the winners was a NO BET. A NO BET is where a horse has assessed odds over those offered on the tote so is not considered a value bet, and it is recommended that these are not backed. Other horses in the same race that have assessed odds under the tote would still be backed.
Dutch Betting strategy Strictly following this strategy and based on $25 per race plus Betfair odds saw a small return of $15.60 for the day.
