Happy Valentines Day! Hope you have a wonderful day. It’s pretty much business as usual for us, though Michelle and I are going to try and sneak in a quick picnic lunch at Burleigh Beach today between finishing the selections and the start of racing. Will see how we go!

Looking back at Saturday racing with tipping selections from Caulfield, Doomben and Warwick Farm:

STARTER PACKAGE:

Tipped in 11 races for 7 winners (with 3 NO BETS). A NO BET is where a horse has assessed odds over those offered on the tote so is not considered a value bet, and it is recommended that these are not backed. Other horses in the same race that have assessed odds under the tote would still be backed. In the 7 winning races, also found 5 Quinellas and 3 Trifectas.

Frustratingly, in the 4 races that didn’t find the winner, found second place every time. It’s just the bob of the head that makes the difference between a good day and a fantastic day!

With THREE winners as NO BETS, this meant the Dutch Betting strategy based on $25 per race and Betfair odds showed a small loss of $3.00.

QUICK PICKS

Tipped in 49 races for 27 winners (55% win rate) with 10 Quinellas and 3 Trifectas.

Three Best Bets of the day saluted and from the other 3 there was 1 second and 2 Thirds.
