CAULFIELD: Saturday 25 July 2020 (GOOD 4)

She’s A Thief: Went to the front game over, easy win and fast final 600

Race 4 – 2394m – last 600 35.98

High Emocean: Settled mid-field moved into the race easily at the 400m mark, just kept going in the straight when balance. Caulfield, Melbourne Cup prospect if goes through the grades  ok.

Steward’s Report High Emocean: Passing the 1800 metres steadied to avoid the heels of Victory Approach, which, when racing keenly, shifted to the inside of Rebel Racer, which was being steadied. Whilst accepting that Victory Approach had raced onto the heels of Rebel Racer during the incident, Stewards reprimanded Michelle Payne and notified her that in similar circumstances she would be expected to attempt to restrain her mount more than she did on this occasion.

 

EAGLE FARM: Wednesday 22 July 2020 (GOOD 4)

Race 6 – 1000m – last 600 34.05

Mittere: Missed the start slightly. Sat out the back till the 400m just cruised around the field. Just looked like a strong track gallop

Race 8 -1200m – last 600

One for Betty: Won with out the whip once clear in the straight

 Steward’s Report One for Betty: Held up rounding the home turn and in the home straight until near the 200m where it improved between Flying Machine and Fox pack

 

SANDOWN: Wednesday 22 July 2020 (SOFT 7)

Race 2 – 1000m – last 600 34.30

Hydro Star: Went 2Y0 with a lot of talent. Saturday class horse. Well education and backed to suit expectations. Won easily.
