For our members: Tipped in 11 races covering selections at Mornington, Doomben, Canterbury and Launceston. Picked 10 winners plus 6 Quinellas, 2 Trifectas and 2 F4s. From the 10 winners there were 5 NO BETS (which is unusual). A NO BET is where a horse has assessed odds over those offered on the tote so is not considered a value bet, and it is recommended that these are not backed. Other horses in the same race that have assessed odds under the tote would still be backed.
In R5 at Mornington tipped the winner, QN $51.40, TRI $496.30 and F4 $1168.40 (in four horses!), and R8 at Canterbury picked winner, QN $15.60, TRI $108.90 and F4 $254.80. Value winners of the day: Mornington R6 H5 CITRUS WISH $11.80 and Launceston R5 H7 SPIRIT OF NIA $22.00 (all odds from Betfair).
Dutch Betting Strategy, based on $25 per race with assessed odds for each horse and odds on Betfair, returned $66.40 for the day. A great result given that half of the winners didn’t contribute to the return.
For the Quick Picks, 47 races for 26 winners (55% win rate) plus 10 Quinellas and 3 Trifectas. Value winners (Betfair odds) were HE’S A PARKER $10.00, ROSOVER $12.30, COSMIC CHARM $11.00 and SPIRIT OF NIA $22.00. And in the Super Bets, one winner from two selections.
