Well, here we are in the thick of Spring Carnival for this year. For horse racing fans and punters, it doesn’t get much better than this! And this is the time of year when there is class everywhere. With that in mind, I put together a few lists of the trainers, jockeys and horses that I will be keeping an eye on in the coming month. You might like to take a look too.
Looking back at Saturday’s Free Tips:

I got a bit carried away on Saturday with the number of races for the Dutch Betting Strategy, but ended up being a good idea. Outcomes for each package and tipping style in turn were:
STARTER PACKAGE:Tipped in 16 races covering selections at Mornington, Randwick and Morphettville. There were 9 winners plus 8 Quinellas, 4 Trifectas and 1 F4 that paid $2296.40. Value winners of the day: Mornington R1 H2 GOLD FIELDS $13.00 and R8 H8 MRS GARDENIA $12.70, Randwick R8 H10 FOUNDRY $12.50, and Morphettville R7 H3 LOPE DE CAPIO $16.30 (all odds from Betfair).
Dutch Betting Strategy, based on $25 per race with assessed odds for each horse and odds on Betfair, returned $113.70 for the day. For those following this strategy the total return for September was just over $700. Read more.

And then on Sunday, as it was a good racing day and I was having a punt myself, I sent a few texts out to the Professional and Super Bets members with Money On information and a few tips. No results posted on the website for those, but was a pretty good day overall.
