It was a wet Saturday in Brisbane and Sydney, with the meeting at Doomben abandoned. For the Assessed Odds and Exotics selections were from Caulfield and Randwick with all eyes on the second running of The Everest. Additional selections for the Quick Picks were these meetings plus Bunbury, Morphettville and Mata Mata, and there was some great value to be found.

A NO BET is where a horse has assessed odds over those offered on the tote so is not considered a value bet, and it is recommended that these are not backed. Other horses in the same race that have assessed odds under the tote would still be backed.
Dutch Betting strategy Strictly following this strategy and based on $25 per race outlay plus Betfair odds saw a return of $142.70 for the day. The outlay of $25 (0.25 UNITS) per race is based on a betting bank of $2500. For good money management it is recommended that the outlay be around 1% of the punter’s bank. As the bank grows the outlay per race can be increased.
For the two best bets: SUNLIGHT saluted and JUNGLE EDGE ran second.
